Journal of Literature and Music Studies(JLMS)   (Print ISSN: 3134-8130; Online ISSN: 3134-8149) is a peer-reviewed academic journal published by Hong Kong Information Education Publishing Company Limited. JLMS publishes two issues each year in both Chinese and English.

The research field of Journal of Literature and Music Studies focuses on the theoretical construction and practical exploration of literary and music interdisciplinary research against the background of cultural inheritance and innovation, digital media communication and cross-art integration, covering core areas such as the interactive relationship and aesthetic convergence between literature and music, the interdisciplinary interpretation of musical literature and literary musicality, the creation theory and textual analysis of lyrics, poetry and musical works, the historical evolution and comparative study of literature and music at home and abroad, the communication mode and inheritance path of literature and music in the digital era, the aesthetic mechanism and psychological experience of literary and music appreciation, the industrial development and value realization of literature and music art, the cross-border integration of literature and music with other art forms and media, the educational practice and talent training of literature and music, as well as the policy support and cultural construction of literature and music development. It is committed to revealing the inherent laws and development trends of interdisciplinary integration of literature and music in the new era, exploring innovative theories and practical paths in the interaction between literature and music, expanding the research vision and academic boundaries of literature and music studies, and providing a high-level academic exchange platform for promoting the high-quality development of literature and music art, realizing the organic integration of aesthetic value and cultural value of literature and music, strengthening the theoretical guidance for interdisciplinary practice of literature and music, and facilitating academic innovation and cultural prosperity in the field of literature and music research.

JLMS is a fully open access journal that provides immediate and permanent free access to all published content for all users worldwide without requiring any article processing charges (APCs) or subscription fees. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, allowing unrestricted sharing, distribution, and reuse with proper attribution. Authors retain copyright of their work while granting the journal publishing rights. We support responsible scholarly sharing by permitting authors to deposit preprints in any repository without embargo and postprints immediately upon publication. This sustainable model maintains the highest standards of peer review and editorial quality while eliminating financial barriers to knowledge dissemination.
